* How to order and pay - please read these instructions.*

*Briefly*: Items are as described and sold without warranty. I'll estimate costs and shipping based on your city/country/postal code, and the size and weight of items ordered. But I need your *full address*, and specific items ordered, to provide a final bill or quotation. Then with my final quote, you'll get the final costs and my payment instructions (PayPal usually). I'm working with you, to determine what you wish to order, what I can provide, your costs, and how to send it to the right location.

Conditions: Items are sold as is, as described, no return; we can't warrant your use. Most items are tested and offered as "tested and working when shipped". Some items may be unused, some may be untested. Conditions will be described, sometimes with photos. Our prices are modest and reflect conditions and efforts to test and describe. Often shipping costs as much as or more than the items.

Payment: I'll accept PayPal, or for USA customers also a check or money order or cash. No credit cards. For PayPal, I charge $4 per $100 paid, as they charge me. You will have to log into your PayPal account, and give them my payment email address and the amount; those are in my "final quote". Look at PayPal.com "help" if you need more instructions. Payments by postal mail is at your own risk, please include with those a printed copy of my final-quote email. 

Shipping within the USA:  I'm in Ewing New Jersey USA ZIP 08618. Shipping costs are based on weight and size and distance to you. So I need to know *where I am shipping*. Your country and postal code only, help me estimate likely shipping costs. For my final quote - my "price" - I need your name, street address, city/state/postal code (and phone if I'm shipping FedEx). We ship by US Postal Service (mail) usually, sometimes Fed Ex ground. There's shipping insurance costs sometimes, to protect you against loss-of-package.

Shipping outside the USA: I use the United States Postal Service
(USPS) "Priority Mail International" or "first class package". These are much cheaper than commercial shipping. My quotes don't include tariffs or taxes or customs fees. Check with your country's postal service for likely costs. A US Postal Service custom form on the package will identify the value of your order, at the price of the items ordered, as "merchandise". The customs form number provides tracking by the US Postal Service. Inside the package will be my paper receipt.

Final Quote: When we confirm what you want, what I have, how you'll pay, and I have *your FULL address* - THEN I'll provide a quote and payment instructions. That is: prices, shipping costs and MY address in reply, with payment info including my PayPal address. I will not "invoice" you by PayPal, I don't need your PayPal address. I'll ship shortly after I receive payment.

Time limited: This offer is good for seven days; so is my quote. Please
reply even if you decline, so I know you got this offer.

*Why all this fuss?* I don't keep a database of your private information, so I have to ask these questions! And I describe what I'm offering. Also - I'm helping you figure out what you need and what it cost. "Click to order" doesn't do that for you. Such services record (and use and sell) your personal information. I don't depend on these other services, which may change or fail over time.
